<p><span style="color: rgb(32, 33, 36);">Our startup is seeking a co-founder to take on the role of Technical Product Lead (TPL) as we continue to develop our MVP targeted toward serious fitness enthusiasts (SFE). This co-founder will ideally have deep technical expertise including GenAI in app and platform development and a strong background in product management, especially with a focus on user-centered design and data-driven decision-making. Given our team’s structure and current focus, the TPL would play a critical role in gathering and applying user insights to ensure our product aligns closely with the needs and expectations of the SFE market. Beyond technical proficiency, we’re looking for someone with a user-centric mindset who can take on multiple responsibilities, including some initial GTM support and user research, and effectively communicate across our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the opportunity to grow into a CTO role as the startup scales, bringing a balance of adaptability and leadership skills essential for early-stage success.
